Wedding Policy Agreement
 
 
Included in all wedding/events are the following:
  • Initial consult to discuss flowers needed(informal quote provided)
  • Once booking deposit is recieved. 2nd consultation to fine tune selections and colors. (formal itemized quote provided)
  • 3rd visit to view actual flowers and see mock up of centerpieces
  • 4th consultation to get final table count in order and make any last changes/additions to wedding order
  • Unlimited emails for questions, concerns, etc.
  • One re-write of quote(if there should be drastic changes-it happens!)
Any additional consultations requested are billed at $25 per hour, 1 hour minimum and will be added to bill at final consult.
 
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT INFORMATION
1. The deposit(non-refundable) is 1/3 of the original quote.
2. The balance is due 30 days prior to wedding date. Any and all changes are due at that time as well.
3. We accept check, money order, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express as well as cash.
4. Any weddings paid in full at time of booking receive a 10% discount.
CANCELLATION OF WEDDING OR SPECIFIC ITEMS & ADDITION OF ITEMS
1.Changes or additions made after final payment has been received will be invoiced and due immediately.
2.We do not provide refunds on cancellations of any items once final payment is received. (This is because once we order the flowers, we cannot return them. The flowers are instead used elsewhere in the wedding.)
An example would be if you had a bridesmaid cancel, the flowers used in her bouquet would be distributed among the other girls. If you cancelled table centerpieces, the flowers would go into other centerpieces. If you added table centerpieces, they would be invoiced at the time they are added.
4. In the event you cancel your wedding for any reason, refunds are as follows:
Under no circumstances will the booking deposit be refunded
Before Final Payment- Refund only of any payments made beyond the deposit.
After Final Payment-
Up to 1 week before wedding- refund of 50% of amount paid after deposit
Within 1 week of wedding- no refund of any monies paid
This is because we have already ordered and paid for flowers, and the extra staff to process and prepare them.
 
DELIVERIES
Delivery for weddings will vary depending on location, extra personnel required and set up requirements.
Fees can range from $10-200 & up. Most average $10-100.
Should you decide you would rather pick up your flowers and do set up on your own. Belli Fiori Florist will pack everything securely for your transport. However, if flowers are picked up, our liability for any flowers picked up ends at our doorstep. We do require a delivery waiver be signed by whoever picks up the flowers.
 
SUBSTITUTIONS
Because we are dealing with nature, there is always a possibility that a flower could arrive in less than acceptable condition or not at all.
In that case, we would use our discretion to substitute as we see fit. Above all, your color scheme and bouquet style will be honored.
Should this happen, you will be notified by email with options to chose from. We will also include in that email, what we intend to substitute if we don't hear from you.

A Note About Wedding Photo's:
While we do recognize that custom flowers are a colaboration of ideas from the client and Belli Fiori staff, we reserve the right to photograph and post any work designed in by our shop on this website or in any other advertising venue as we see fit.
No names or photograph's of actual clients will be used without written release.
 
A note about bulk flower shopping
We understand the need to budget in these difficult economic times, and we realize that you will shop around for prices. We will always work within your budget and will use our years of expertise to suggest substitutions that will keep with the overall theme of your event. We pride ourselves on personal service, and that is something that no online or big-box store can say.
Some things to think about:
Online “florists”:
When you call or order online, you are speaking with someone who may or may not know anything about flowers.
When your flowers arrive from an online site, they may sit at your door until you get home.
Then you are expected to know how to condition them, and store in the correct climate
After assembling bouquets and arrangements yourself, you have to package and transport them to the ceremony & reception(do you really have time to do this on your wedding day?)
Big-Box Stores:
When you go or call to a big-box store, you may be meeting with someone who worked in the meat department the day before!
When you pick up flowers from a big-box store, you don’t know how long they were at the store. They could have come in on a Monday, with you picking up on Thursday. You don’t know if they were handled or stored properly until pick up.
Then, again, you must condition and store them appropriately, assemble, safely transport and set up yourself.
At Belli Fiori Florist:
When you call or visit our shop, you will speak with an experienced floral designer.
We will outline the items you select in a detailed proposal.
If your flowers come in over budget, we will work with you to trim costs without compromising the overall theme of your wedding.
We will meet and talk several times, just to be sure everything is just right.
When your flowers arrive at our shop, they are properly conditioned and stored at optimum temperature to assure freshness.
Your bouquets and arrangements are created the day before your wedding to assure that they are in perfect condition.
We contact the ceremony & reception locations to find out what time deliveries should arrive.
The morning of your wedding, the bouquets are packaged with care to avoid bruising and smashing during transport. They are kept cold until we leave with them.
Your centerpieces are designed and set up by management.
We always have extras on hand for repairs, or impromptu decorations in spots that are bare throughout the venue.
 
When I hear the phrase, "you get what you pay for", I think it really applies here.
When you go with Big-Box or online bulk, you pay less, but you also get less. Less personal service, less time to enjoy your day, less assurance of quality.
With Belli Fiori, it is true you may pay more than buying bulk. But what you will get is personal service, attention to detail and professionally done wedding florals.
